Declined drinks last night and stuck to soup. Aiming for 0.5kh a week until March and this gives me room for bounce back. Now to avoid Saturday night treats and Sunday roast 😵
83.2 kg Lost so far: 8.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
