maintained this week. over the weekend and next week I'm going to try and be more active and cut down portion sizes a little more. hopefully can make a loss over the weekend for my Monday weigh in.
72.5 kg Lost so far: 5.5 kg.    Still to go: 7.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
