after my shower I've put some back on.. strange!?!
50.8 kg Lost so far: 6.2 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.5 kg a Week

Did you weigh with wet hair? Or did you drink the shower water?!

No I weighed with dry hair..n as far as I know I don't think I drunk the shower water 😂🤣😂💦

Were you properly hydrated? Maybe your skin just absorbed all the water it could 🤣🤣

The body is constantly storing, using and moving nutirients, calories, water etc. Body compostion changes minute by minute. That is why it is good practice to record your weight at set and regular intervals; to get the big picture. But it is fascinating to see these small changes and to try and work out what is going on behind the scenes!
