Good morning FS Buddies. After what has been one of the most horrible years of my life, I've decided that this is the year that I must lose weight and get fit. Life is too short to keep putting it off so my aim is to lose 14lb in 12 weeks. Watch this space x

you can do it. I did at a rate of 2lb a week on 1100 Valarie's a day. it's not that long !
