Hooray! Finally back into the 19 stones .. just! Next target is 18 stone (probably in about 2 years time at this rate!)
126.1 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg.    Still to go: 60.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks both. I tend not to eat too much food at Christmas anyway, usually too busy cooking it for everyone else to eat!! And this year is going to be pretty much s nonenity anyway.

Make sure you eat enough - long term calorie deprivation means your body adjusts to using less meaning no fat loss - sometimes more is what you need
