Put a couple of pounds on over the weekend but 2 pound less than last Monday and thats with a last weeks daily averave intake at just over 2200 cals, but I have been really busy work and play last week especially following the bike trial Sunday . It was very muddy.
67.1 kg Lost so far: 24.9 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
