This just shows how much we can fluctuate. Monday is my normal weigh in day and I was 150lbs today and mostly Thursday or Friday I am often 3,4 or 5 pound less.
66.2 kg Lost so far: 25.9 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
