First time I have been under 13 stone in years!! BMI has dropped from 41 in August to current BMI of 32.7. Next goal is to get my BMI into the 20’s. One stone to go for my first goal!
82.3 kg Lost so far: 9.8 kg.    Still to go: 15.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
