My first weigh in that drops me back into ‘overweight’ BMI not obese 🎉
Sure there’ll be a bounce back up but it’s lovely to see!
86.6 kg Lost so far: 15.4 kg.    Still to go: 12.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
