Put another 2 pounds on this week. Not helped by having a Chinese takeaway last night, along with a few beers!


I think I will right November off as a bad job. December will probably be the same.

Feel incredibly guilty/annoyed at how I can suddenly go off the rails. Although I guess the winter nights and this lockdown fiasco isn't really helping.

Will try better next week. Aim to stay below 165 for December

I get this post completely, it does my head in how quickly I can go from super motivated to off the rails!! Good luck for next week

Thanks @mighty.rose. To be honest I did do an unofficial weigh in yesterday and this morning, and am now back down to 161 pounds without too much effort. Hopefully it will stay like that next Sunday when I do an official weigh in for here. Am not going to be a complete calorie-counting bore though. Come Christmas and NY I will switch off and indulge. And start the hard work again in January :)

Thats the thing, sonny. It is always a work in progress. Big or small adjustments here and there to allow for life.
