Very surprised how heavy I am I thought I would be under 76kg I thought back on track for 2 days and that would be it but I’ve done 2 days and you can see the result I think I need 2 weeks then we will see
77.7 kg Lost so far: 31.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thank you chestnut I know it’s only 2.7kg it’s not a problem but I have to admit only eating 1200 calories again isn’t as easy as I remember
