9:13. Not a great loss but having consumed lots of alcohol I am ok with it 😁
63.3 kg Lost so far: 7.8 kg.    Still to go: 6.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I was an apprentice about 20 years and 4 Stone ago 😂. I now run a TheraPlate business. My husband manages a racing stable.

Is it a racing stable I would know I used to enjoy my racing being a past member of Goodwood and Fontwell and the annual pilgrimage to Cheltenham. My joints need attention having played squash when I was young, that was many years ago and now I am a worn out overweight man! Alcohol many a fine persons downfall?

Flat yard in Newmarket - James Tate. I take it you are a jumps man !!

James Tate yes I have heard of it . I am do pefer the jumps although my father was more of a flat man hence the membership of Goodwood he particularly liked the glorious Goodwood week. The course has beautiful views across the downs oneside and on the other side view of Chichester Harbour. If you get any tips pass them my way?
