I hate weigh-in days like this. I was really good all week! Then I get on the scale, only to find that I gained weight. 😐
I keep thinking that it must be some outside source like water retention, but it doesn't comfort me much. Why is my weight like a yo-yo, even though I behave? 🤔
122 kg Lost so far: 12.5 kg.    Still to go: 61 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

That is disappointing for you! My weight is stuck, the same every week. But at least I know why! (I am eating too much)
