Week 69 No loss but no gain so I'm happy. Onwards and downwards
95.7 kg Lost so far: 45.4 kg.    Still to go: 5.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks John10251. I'm prepared to wait, it will equal itself out of the weeks. I lost 3lb last week eating the same/similar meals. 👍😀

Thanks Anne_145. I aim to lose a 1lb a week. I've had weeks were I've not lost without going over on calories then lost big to equal it out over that period 😀👍
