No change for this weeks weigh in although I was 3 pound down on Friday morning but back to 10st 9 today. Last weeks daily average intake was 1809 cals per day.
67.6 kg Lost so far: 24.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
