Doing really well, 2 weeks in and lost another 3.6kg this week! Still a long way to go but it’s a marathon not a sprint 😎
206.4 kg Lost so far: 22.9 kg.    Still to go: 79.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks 😎 I’ve been set a target of 1700 calories and I’m about 50 + or - that most days! It’s so easy to go over, this app has really helped a lot to keep an eye on things

The target it sets is not always correct for individuals I always did about 1200 but at first I went above but then it settled down most of the time I even had less but that’s me and that’s probably why I have a little loose skin but working on that now
