At last!Took me 2 weeks to lose 1.5lbs!
95.5 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 9.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I suppose I'm disappointed as I lost 2lbs in my first week and have worked so hard, swimming, bike machine etc. I really hoped I would have lost more by now. My target was a stone by Xmas so fingers crossed!

Glad to hear it. I missed my swim yesterday as I cut my finger badly on Thursday night. Didn't want to risk bleeding in the pool lol. Back on it on Tuesday tho!

I've eaten well below my calorie recommended intake for 2 weeks just goes to show it doesn't work! I've swam twice a week, walked my ass off too!Bit miffed!

Hi, Gilly B's yes with fruit and veg and yoghurt. I know it sounds daft. But my weight wizzes up so fast. I only need a little to eat and a pound goes one faster than you can say boo. I've looked after my weight for 12 years now 62 so it's always been a lifetime battle. I've done every diet going. And if I eat the recommended daily allowances it too much for me. But when I go out I do eat. I like all types of food. Thanks for your concern. Take care and good luck on your journey through life. Merrymel
