One pound loss last week. Average daily intake finished up being 2000 cals due going mad at the weekend again.
68.0 kg Lost so far: 24.0 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Olyacoffeelover I originally set my goal at 10 stone when I started out a couple of years ago from 14 and half stone. When I got to my 10 stone target I didn't maintain I gained a bit so when I started logging again on here I knocked 10 pounds off my target goal weight to 130 pounds that is according to the NHS website BMI calculator my ideal weight. I'm only five foot one so not very big but I am quite big boned as they say and always been hefty built. I find it easier to have a target to drop to than maintaining so thats the reasons for a low goal weight. Hope that helps. Good luck with your weight loss journey. ☺

That’s fantastic way of managing it! I might have to adapt your method Dave as I too find it hard to maintain and as a chocoholic it’s easy for me gain. Thank you for sharing and best wishes to you too!
