pleased with todays weight . 1kg in 5 days . I know I can maintain but sometimes chocolate gets the better of me 🙈😁

Yes I did the same I reached where I wanted to go and then I had all the foods I was depriving myself of but lost 1.1kg straight away but still got bit more to lose to catch up but we can’t keep doing this can we💪
