Yesterday morning we both slept in late and enjoyed each others company. We even attended church via a conference call from bed. It's hard to get in enough activity with such a late start. So I continued to chill most of the day. I did get in a quickie workout on the Total Gym and then enjoyed the games.

Yesterday's eating was also off. I missed breakfast. I ate way under goal, missed my protein goal and did not meet some activity goals. BF up 0.2%
68.0 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
