Let myself down but not a problem as long as I keep below 78kg still learning to maintain but failing at the moment
76.8 kg Lost so far: 32.4 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks chestnut I’m not despondent about it but when I reached my target weight I did buy food i had been avoiding hence the increase in weight so I’m not bothered about it or surprised and it is a quick fix and when I was drinking once a fortnight I put on the same amount you just have to buckle down harder
