Not a good weekend for the calorie intake. put my weekly average daily intake over recommended at 2138 . Need more discipline this week now.
68.5 kg Lost so far: 23.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

We have good and bad ones mate but you know your strong enough to come through the other side Myself I put on 1.8kg last week and my weigh in is tomorrow I think I lost most of it but that’s the way it goes
