Hi Peeps

Been doing a low-carb Keto diet since the 20th of August and the results are just amazing ..... I had forgotten how to change over my start weight data on FS, so I couldn't add the embarrassing amount of weight that I had gained since the COVID-19 lock down (that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it)..... So pleased with myself today that I had figured it out on my own ..... It had crept up to 206lbs my heaviest weight gain ever in my life!!! But the weigh in today really made me grin, it has dropped to 190lbs, I know its still heavy, but I'm getting there, my ideal weight would be around 160lbs ..... So I'll give it my best shot ..... 86.2 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I almost forgot to mention folks, that we're doing sober October, we always drank a tipple or two whilst we prepared the evening meal, but during lock down we were drinking far more than we should have, The drink in our hands now is sparkling mineral water with slices of lemon ..... BFN xx

Maggy, I am so pleased that the Keto diet has worked for you . I know you said your clothes were feeling looser . It is so hard when we gain all the weight we managed to lose . You have done so well. Well Done Lily x
