It was my 55th birthday and we allowed ourselves a little blip!
the wife's blip was worse than mine - so have been banned from celebrating birthdays again!!
85.2 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 9.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
