Stayed the same. Last weeks daily average intake was just over 1900 cals. I was showing a loss all week then went over Friday and Saturday too much.
68.5 kg Lost so far: 23.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
