Down to 17 stone 10 lbs, another 2lb loss this week.

In reflection I've been quite lazy, not worked out as much. Eaten more treaty stuff. I am sure i could have lost a little more
112.8 kg Lost so far: 13.3 kg.    Still to go: 23.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
