So I've started cycling to work, to avoid the bus. It's 4.2 miles each way. I'm still eating healthily but I've put on weight. Help!!!
72.4 kg Lost so far: 10.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
