Ugh-
well I was out of town for 5 days, then came home to my dad having open heart yesterday -hanging out in ICU today. I'll be happy to get back to a routine soon especially since I bought some stuff from VS since I was feeling so good about my progress :(

Oh man thats a lot to take in. Your weight is not even half as important as ur dad I hope he recoops well. Don't worry, we're not going anywhere.
