I'm back! Well, I have spent a week laying on the sofa,binging on Netflix and all the yummy goodies I could get my hands on and not moving much. Holiday! On the bright side, I've actually managed to lose weight🤣. No idea how, maybe it was the pints of ice cream or the takeaways or the very long walks from the living room to the kitchen (and back)🤔
98.5 kg Lost so far: 15.5 kg.    Still to go: 24.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Haha,I wish. Gyms were evil before Rona🤣. I basically ate like a teenager for a week; nachos, pizza, ice cream, chocolate, nachos, ice cream. Nachos. Pizza. I think I had an apple on Tuesday, but that's as far as it got with healthy eating. 🤔

It was very tastily sliced pizza. I don't think I'll want any for a while, had some peas and rice today, just plain , to detox. 🥺
