Hi, well done on the loss... I'm curious, are you still following the keto diet? If you are: 1. How long have you been on it? 2. Would you have any advice or tips for a newbie? I've followed low calorie, slimming world & have done the exante diet but found neither worked long term for me in my real world... 3 busy kids (8,12,14), part time job blah! blah! blah! So I'd be very interested in your experience of keto, if you don't mind sharing 😃 xxx

Im not doing keto this time round as I found it quite difficult to keep to and fit in with my work & my husbands meals. This time I'm strictly counting calories and have reduced portion sizes. I have massively reduced my carb intake and am trying to do some exercise. I only ever eat poultry, fish & seafood with loads of fresh steamed or boiled veg, salad& fruit anyway. No red meats, cake or biscuits and i have cut out sugar. I use an air fryer which is fantastic as you only need a teaspoon of oil at most and can cook almost anything in it! Hope this helps.
