epic fail on the p90x
Believe it or not, I have started it again today and how sad to compare my reps today to week three back in September - I'm so weak again....I hope to be able to keep this up through Christmas and into the new year. There's no reason I can't.
64.9 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
