I feel like I’m doing so much better all week and then Sunday comes with weigh in day and it’s no way near the loss I’m hoping for.

At least I lost something I suppose
63.7 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 9.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

change your weigh in day if it doesn't work for you. I do mine on a Thursday so if I'm not as good as I'd want to be at the weekend I have all week to claw it back.
