Finally reached my 165 lbs target (11st 11) this morning, after almost 3 months "stuck" at around 170!
Would definitely recommend the ZZD, as mentioned in my previous journal entry (that along with more cardio). Since starting that in late July I have lost around 5-6 pounds!
My next & final weight target will be 150 lbs (10st 10), which is another 14 pounds away. But if I can get there by Christmas I will be really happy as that will mean I will have lost 60 lbs for the whole year!
Anyway, I will have small celebration at reaching 165 later this afternoon- a couple of beers, or fish & chips! :)
