I’m still at the same weight for a week any tips? I’m keeping under 2200 calories.
105 kg Lost so far: 5 kg.    Still to go: 15 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

2200 sounds high for losing. I think FS calculator comes up a bit high. FS suggests I should eat 2000 a day but that’s more like a maintenance level for me.
