The second week in a raw I can't control enough my eating habits. As I am on holiday I allow myself some cheating days/meals but it looks like too much and there is still two weeks to go....Ooohh Gosh....

Rhubarb cake made by my sister....soooo yummy, but....approximately 230 kcal per slice 😎🍰🍩🎂🍮🍪.
87.7 kg Lost so far: 23.4 kg.    Still to go: 7.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Thank you for your support, Smoothtoffee 😉!I usually have one day off in a week but now it has been too much, but....I am not crying 😉! I will just give my best during my holiday and will go proper way again after that .....C'est la vie 😜!

Rhubarb 😋 not had that since my childhood - would be rude if you didn’t eat it after your sister bakes it 🤪 don’t worry about blow out a day will come and you’ll be right 💪back on it 🥰

Here is my sister's very popular rhubarb cake recipe 😋. 2 eggs mix with 125 gr of sugar and 2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar. Add 120 gr of melted butter(stir). Then add 200 ml of Kefir(stir), 210 gr of plain flour, 1.5 teaspoon of baking powder and a tiny bit of salt. Dice 4 thick rhubarb stalks, mix with a tablespoon of sugar and a bit of cinnamon(not necessarily). Add them to the dough, stir well and pour all that cake mix to the baking tray(round one, 24 cm diameter). Bake in preheated(180°C) oven for 45 min. Enjoy!
