Thanks everyone for the kind comments regarding my Wife and I wedding anniversary. We both appreciate it. We got takeout from a favorite Asian restaurant, a fancy strawberry shortcake from the grocery store and champagne from our cooler. When you are with the right person it doesn't take much to celebrate other than the company of each other...

I ate well at 109% of goal, exceeded my protein goal but did not meet some activity goals. BF down 0.1%
69.9 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
