Yay! Another kg closer to double digit weight. Forgot to record it this morning, but another drop! All the magic tricks to lose weight are actually working.
105.2 kg Lost so far: 8.8 kg.    Still to go: 31.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks bubbles! I was worried I wouldn't lose anything this week, my food has been atrocious. Haven't been recording all of it and have mostly been surviving on ham and cheese toasties😂
