I've struggled with my weight and the stigma that comes along all my life. But only in the last 3 years I've had this huge jump over 100kg.

When I reached 138kg I told myself that I need to do something urgently for my health and I got rid of 4kg only to put them back shortly, plus another 10kg.

I've started counting calories 23 days ago at 148kg and I've lost 8kg. I can't say I'm happy, but I do feel hope.

Next week I'm scheduled for some blood tests, I hope everything is going to be alright.
140 kg Lost so far: 8 kg.    Still to go: 15 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

you want to loose weight. that's huge step itself. keep going. just little bit sticking which I lack alot. he he but you will achieve your ideal healthy weight. good luck for your blood tests.
