I started on this app 3 days ago and I'm already basically hooked. So cute to see all the south africans in the comments supporting each other. I started my journey on the 15th June and weighed 96.3kg. I am now weighing 91.7kg. My RDI is 1200, but I am struggling to hit that number, unless i eat chips or chocolate or something unhealthy. Having a bit of a lightbulb moment that its possible I gain about 5kgs a year because I dont generally eat enough, then binge on chips and chocolates. Excited to see how this detailed tracking changes my progress!
