Day 7. My birthday.

As if I needed an excuse. An old friend came in from out of town. There was a flood. A Plague! Eathquake!!

Well, how else do I explain a night of very heavy drinking? My halo definitely slipped last night...

Oh, and that spike in weight loss this week? Ignore that, it's an abberation. For the first time in my life, I bought some bathroom scales to weigh myself so this is where I start weighing myself on a single set of scales meaning that from now on, all the weigh-ins will be done with the same conditions, at the same time and much more consistently.

By the way, I am I the only person that has bought some scales and then has to combat the urge to weigh yourself every hour or so. Just to see...
117.8 kg Lost so far: 10.2 kg.    Still to go: 32.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
