Oh good, it's beginning to work now after 3 months of perseverance 😊 just goes to show that patience is key and it doesn't all happen overnight!
86.5 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 6.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
