Not weighing today - I know better than to torture myself when it's my time of the month and it's so darn hot everything I drink gets stored in my legs. Water retention suuuuuucks 👎 next Friday will hopefully be a happy loss.
87.6 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 7.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

good plan. it's never a true reading on totm it's always higher and if your anything like me, it makes me feel like rubbish and then its any excuse to reach for the chocolate x
