Improvements each day - I set my self small goals in my head yes I needed to loose a stone / 2 stone but in my head it was 4lb then ok 7lb etc I always try to do a 40/30/30 on the macros but I’m usually heavy on the carbs everyone is different we all like different foods we all eat differently when emotions are involved! I saw this on the web “ remember your current weight is someone else’s goal weight - be kind to yourself ❤️” which is so true - good luck the only way is up or down in our cases 🤣
