I had a tiny loss. But tonight I'm having a party. I went to Costco and bought food for everyone else. And for me I bought these big beautiful strawberries and a veggie platter. I hope I can stay strong. Now I'm going to exercise.

Well done showing any loss at all! And great idea to have healthy choices for yourself. The test will be in not "crossing over" to the "dark side" of the platters :) I am sure you will do fine. Enjoy your party!
