Damnit I am counting every single calorie and I put on weight yesterday. 😢
79.3 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I wouldn't worry about it, you're still down from last week, don't weigh yourself everyday, or at least don't worry about daily fluctuations

Thanks Peat and Spark! Just annoyed me is all! But no point being upset about it - gonna do 30 minutes on the excercise bike today! Let's hope that helps! I used to do 1 hour every few days but stopped! On Monday I tried and only lasted 20 minutes!!!! SO unfit! Haha have a great day everyone!
