Hahaha, I'm just seriously motivated the moment. I'm on keto, vlcd and intermittent fasting. I think it's doing the trick 🤔

Well done! Keep it up! Just make sure you're happy. I know intermittent fasting can be bleak and depressing.

Mental health and it's well being is utmost fundamental. Working out/losing weight/staying healthy is always an exercise for the brain than it is for the body, and it's very easy to get overwhelmed and frustrated seeing people around you happily eating junk food without gaining weight (my metabolism kinda sucks) But it's necessary to narrow your goals and focus on the present and really listen to your body and cutting yourself sime slack whenever needed 🍟🍔
