Seem to be maintaining successfully, I don’t want to loose any more as I already look drawn. I have giggled my diet around and a month ago I introduced some foods that I previously had barred. Small quantities though. I’ll always watch my carbs and fat content. Some foods I’ll never eat again. I’m paranoid about gaining weight.
84.5 kg Lost so far: 111.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I know that feeling when I loss it many yrs ago just try add bit more games 2 ur breakfast like if you had eg 30g cereal that try 35g see how u feel 4 week that add 40g cereal that when u put little bit on that add 4 lunch eg 50g chicken add 55g that eg if u had 3 tomatoes or 1/ 2 tin of beans that add 4 tomatoes, bit more of beans but do it slowly adding bit more each week until u r happy with ur look but just be careful u don't overdo it or end up putting 2 much weight on eg I was sizes 18 at the bottom x 16 at the top x weight 16st .6 that I was sizes 10 up the top to small 14 at the bottom x weight 11.6 x was happy at first but didn't look like me anymore so slowly I went to big 12 at the top 2 big 14 at the bottom look lots better x weight 12st .6 keep it off about 2 yrs but my healthy got worse x lot of people were not happy with my weight x some one put my book in the bin when I was not home as i I was doing the Cambridge diet which was Brill diet did low carb milk drinks 4 1 moth x that low carbs food but try do it again but can not have milk anymore x do some milk free but only about 2 or 3 flavours x I know how much carbs i was having but now put the carbs, calorie, sugar all together in one number as it was lot easier 4 me but find it lot harder 2 do x 2 loss the weight 🙃 take care x be easier with the healthy eating x do not let family or friends put u down only u know what right 4 u 😊

joannahuges, thankyou very much for the advice. Some good tips there. I went from 200kg to 80.5kg. It took 2 1/2 years of denial and hard work. I wasn’t overweight before 2013 but after a bad motorcycle accident and a marriage breakup and I just gave up. Drank to much beer and ate shit. If it was healthy it wasn’t for me. 😂 I tried the Cambridge and Atkins both worked amazingly well but as soon as I stopped them the weight piled back on. I’ve now educated myself in healthy eating but I’m absolutely paranoid about gaining weight, yet I’m getting sick off fixating over it. I used to be a 56”+ waist and now I can fit into a 30” waist but feel really comfortable in a 32”. Tops were a tight 5 xl now a comfortable large. I’m 6 “ tall and big built so at the moment I do look drawn. My mother said a look like a Belson horror. Cheers ma! Thankyou once again for taking the time to give some helpful advice. x

You are very welcome just hope I help you 😊 I am So Sorry what you be thought it be hard year 4 you just hope thing are better 4 u now it Very hard 2 eating healthy x look ather ur self but Well Done 4 do it again can't be easily but u r doing it so Well Done You!😃 I am the same I just try eat more healthy what feel good to me x my body I still fall back 4 week or more but just got to keep try that all I can do still up x down with my weight I do weight 16st .6 i think x sizes big 14 up the top, big 16 bottom so i just want 2 feel comfortable, healthy in my our body x mind hopefully I like weight 13st .6 now I know I should be at least 11st .6 but it wasn't for me x got so many health problems now I know I will not be small like sizes 14 - 12 but if I could be small 16 not big 16 - 18 at the bottom and small 14 not big 14 I would be happy I 😃 I try keep the med Carbs, med fat but good fats eg Nuts, Dark chocolate, Olives, Coconut oil also Avocado it helps 2 look at what health Calories each day 4 u 😊 Don't listen 2 what other say I know it's not easy but if u can see x feel what good 2 u that Brill 😃 keep it up u get there in the end just Don't let others put u down but be careful u don't lose 2 much as u do not want 2 loss ur self eg u look in the mirror x not u anymore u still want 2 look like u 😊 Best of Luck
