Another drop! I know it's early days yet and because of my size, the beginning is always faster, but really glad! Yay! Maybe this healthy eating and exercise does pay off.
111.8 kg Lost so far: 2.2 kg.    Still to go: 37.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
