I think HIIT is good training.
I personally recommend a combination of "high protein, low fat, medium carbohydrates" + "green-yellow vegetables, fermented foods".
There is no failure in dieting.
Let's go slowly.✨

ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 역시 펫시크릿 계산 안하면 확찐자가 된다는것을 알았네요 🤣🤣🤣 음식 일일이 계산하는거 귀찮아서 3개월동안 안했는데 결국 다시 😏
