Weekly weigh in and 1 pound lost with last weeks daily average 1928 cals. I was showing a 3 pound loss on Friday morning and had only had about 1500 cals per day but then the weekend arrived.
65.8 kg Lost so far: 26.3 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks Samosa yes I am really maintaining now. I hit my 10 stone target last year and just aiming to stay around 10 stone now. If I go at it on the weekend too I will soon drop back to my target. Good luck on your journey.
